Liz Swenson is an author and illustrator of two survival guides for parents, You Got This, Mama! From Boobs to Blowouts, a Survival Guide for New Mothers and Raising Tiny Humans: From Potty Training to Prejudice a Survival Guide for the Wild Toddler Years, coming this Spring. She is a mom to three small children and is inspired by making the world more loving, beautiful, and inclusive. Her books are helpful, humorous, and endlessly supportive. She hosted the podcast Surviving Baby with @ShawnatheMom , another supportive endeavor for mothers. Liz is passionate about helping parents achieve self-love, self-care, and empowerment.
