During the Spring of 2021 Shawna (aka @ShawnaTHEmom) and I decided to sit down and talk about all things new-motherhood. Our stories, our “ahas,” and what we wish we knew. There was a lot of laughter and learning and making this show was a balm to my soul. In that same Spring I launched my first book, You Got This, Mama!, while teaching highschool in the aftermath of the pandemic.
